PRO Act should pass

Iowans need Sen. Chuck Grassley and Sen. Joni Ernst to vote yes on the PRO Act. The Protecting the Right to Organize Act is waiting on the Senate for a vote, and the working people of Iowa deserve the ability to join or form a union without burdens placed on them by employers. A union that fights for your safety, fights to raise your wages, and sets you up with a plan for that glorious day when you retire is paramount to workers.

The PRO Act will hold employers accountable and give workers the peace of mind that they have dignity and worth beyond the almighty dollar when it comes to their workplace. Joining a union should be the right of any individual who wants to make their life better, and that is why I implore the Iowa delegation to vote with working people and their rights in mind. We need our representatives in Washington to do the responsible thing and vote yes on the PRO Act.

Senators, your constituents will be appreciative of that vote if you get it right. We will be thanking you for years.
